I finally took the plunge on 13th May 2011. Always wanted to get an iMac ever since back in Brisbane where everyone around me was using a Macbook. The first time I got an Apple product was back in December 2008. It was the iPhone 3G.

Purchased the iMac on 13th May 2011, and received it at my doorstep on 18th May 2011. I had bowling practice on 18th May 2011 till about 10pm, so by the time I got home, there wasn't enough time to set it up. I left the setup for the following day. :)

Then came 19th May 2011, not only do I need to setup the iMac, I needed to shift my PC to my sister's room and my sister's PC to my dad's room. All that shifting (plus cleaning!) took an hour and a half. It was tedious! All the carrying was done by me.. not to mention I had an aching arm due to bowling training the night before.

After all the hard work, it was time to perform a mini opening ceremony for my iMac. I had to take some pictures of that special moment! :D

It was then time to set it up! Feeling very excited with that big white box, I immediately opened the box and saw a beauty inside it. :) The 27 inch iMac is big! Bigger than I expected it to be. Got the help from dad to lift it onto my table.

Really pleased with the iMac. I'm really going to be using this beauty for at least 3 years and I think Apple will always be my choice of desktops or laptops from now on. :D

Pack Pack Pack

In preparation for the iMac 27" which I happily ordered, I had to pack my table on a public holiday. I'm really excited about it! I was seriously hoping it would arrive today as it is a public holiday and I'll be home to spend time with it. Too bad, it didn't arrive today and it looks like it is set to arrive here tomorrow. Won't be able to spend time with it tomorrow as I've bowling practice till about 10pm. Talking about bowling practice, hope I don't embarrass myself again tomorrow. :(

Your Favourite Male Leads Live in Singapore

Finally! It's today. Moses, Ron, Kevin & Bosco concert Live in Singapore! Very happy that it was held at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). That got me a 10% discount off my tickets. I didn't purchase the tickets immediately and had to take the 2nd category seats which were okay but would have been better if I've gotten the 1st category seats!

So the day finally came. 30th April 2011! RWS was packed till we couldn't have dinner at any dining outlets. We settled for only BreadTalk bread. So pathetic right?

All started with these tickets. :)

Went in the convention centre at about 7.50pm and it was slowly getting packed. The 1st category seats were slowly getting filled too.

The concert started only at about 8.20pm. Everyone was so excited! Fan screams were all over the place.

The atmosphere was fantastic and it was a great experience for me (since it was my first time attending a concert!). The Ron Ng fan next to me was like blowing her whistle till my ears went deaf from it. It took 2 days for it to recover!

Ron's stage presence was the best while Kevin's singing was the clear winner of all four. Moses can't sing! Why is he even in this concert. LOL! One lucky Bosco fan had the chance to go up the stage while Bosco sang a song while holding her hands. He even gave her a Minnie Mouse & Rose. All four of them came down to mingle with the crowd, many people went forward to try to grope them. But, I remained calm in my seat. :)

I'm gonna miss the concert so much! Hope they hold another concert here in Singapore again!

Shabuya

Last minute decision to have dinner together with Sheena & Jamie. It was because of Sheena's tweet that she is craving for korean BBQ. But, due to not enough petrol, and Jamie wanted to get something from Apple, we decided to try this shabu shabu restaurant called Shabuya at vivo! No regrets on this decision. The meats were awesome max! Only bad point is there, they don't serve normal ice water. You have to buy their EVIAN water (looks very nice in a glass bottle) for $5.90!

How can we not have sashimi?

Set for 2, $68, with additional belly pork. HEAVEN.
Oh! the sauce is nice too, because it is sour (I think there's vinegar!).

Macau

Love the weather in Macau! Like 13-15 degrees. Colddd!

Super short holiday with an addition of losing $$$ at the casinos. Suay max. Ohh! And 5 of the adults got food poisoning over at Zhuhai which kind of spoilt part of the holiday! Can't wait to go for another holiday with everyone! Please please let it happen again. :)
